Look up Master Rene Latosa when you get to Sacremento- he is a great guy- very intense

MSTCND I'm in the Sacto area. I am assuming you are familiar with Amy and Tara and their school in Rancho Cordova. I can truly say it was a privilage to work out with them, though due to work and school I am not currently able to attend their classs. So when you get into the area definately look them up.

While I'm not looking for a roommate I am fairly familiar with Sacramento and Folsom. So if you need pointers to some good spots a second opinion on a place feel free to give me a shout.
