I am helping a friend look for a good traditional TKD school in the Denver area.

Any info would be good.

Thanks

Define traditional. Do you mean ITF, or are you referring to more SD oriented TKD?

You might want to try:

Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts Institute
13401 W Alameda Pky
Denver, Colo. 80228-3780

I'm not sure who the instructor of that particular branch is, but the master instructor for the Western Moo Sul Kwans is Jim Sautel, 6th dan.

They practice both the Chang-Hon and Taegeuk forms.

If your friend happens to meet Master Sautel, please send greetings from Scott Welton, Master Mike Morton's student, formerly Master Steven Dunn's student.

Scott beat me to it. Master Sautel is great, I saw him in March at our national convention. If it is good TKD you are seeking then give Moo Sul Kwan a try.

The school she currently trains at up here is under the Chong Moo Kwan and we practice the Pal Gwe Forms.

I guess she is looking for something more near LOveland or Fort Collins.
