I got to watch a tape by Shoto Tanemura sensei on the jo..
This was a wonderful tape full of energy and power with the jo..
His movement was pragmatic.
He covered the jojutsu in real time movement and slow movement speed...
The basic points about the jo were covered with the forums he demoed.

The filming was poor and the music was very poor.

I really enjoyed this tape and you can see why so many follow him as students.

Ralph,

Thanks for the review.

Clarification for all, that want this tape. This tape was not meant to be for the public, but for his instructors. This tape is no longer made since 2001.

As for the music that was performed on the earlier videos, I believe the music was performed by one of Tanemura sensei's children.

As far as I know, there are no plans to make new videos for jojutsu.
