open office, turning off annoying features

hey guys... I'm using Open Office now, and I'm getting increasingly annoyed. I want to turn off the stupid autocomplete thing and turn off the thing that thinks its clever enough to figure out I want numbered lists. I'm tired of that "feature". I'm spending more time trying to undo stupid mistakes its making than actually typing!

so, how do I turn them off?

Tools->Autocomplete, Select "Word Completion" tab and click off "Enable Word Completion"

turn off the thing that thinks its clever enough to figure out I want numbered lists.

Tools->Autocomplete->Optios tab and I think "Apply Numbering Symbol" and possibly "Format->Auto Format"" and While Typing.

Basically I just looked up "numbered lists" in the Help. It tells you how to turn that feature on so I imagine doing the inverse will trun it off.
