A good start:

In a 4-3 ruling, the Ohio Supreme Court has rejected the City of Clyde's appeal in OFCC v. Clyde and ruled that Clyde's ban on concealed carry in their parks is unconstitutional!
Simply put, the General Assembly, by enacting R.C. 9.68(A), gave persons in Ohio the right to carry a handgun unless federal or state law prohibits them from doing so. A municipal ordinance cannot infringe on that broad statutory right.

I am surprised, though, that on an all-conservative Supreme Court of Ohio, that there were still three justices who voted anti-gun.

So, what about the City of Columbus (or Franklin County?) ban on magazines over a certain capacity? I don't remember the specifics of the law, but it was passed. It was the reason the NRA moved their convention from Columbus that year.

As if our economy wasn't bad enough, they pass a law to keep conventions away.
