New format on Goldstar Video

Now you can immediately download different instructional video to your computer as well as the original method, which was to receive the DVD by the postal service. You can view an introductory clip that shows you where the instructor is going with his information. Naturally, alot of mma instructors, but alot of variety too.

I really like what Michael Aloia is doing with his Essential Defense System. I would be curious as to how MartialTalk folks respond to John Cozatt and his Combat Aiki Ryu system.
