I built myself a new training Jong this week. Credit goes to Derek Rozanski for inspiration and guidance. What do you guys think?

Is that a standard wave bag stand?

Yes! Started its life as a Century Wave Bag. The bag wore out and I saved the base. It was under my deck covered in dirt. So I pulled it and brought it back to life! The poles are just 8 foot vinyl covered closet rods. I bought a hole saw attachment for my drill that ended up being the perfect size to drill the holes. The Poles fit through the holes nice and snug. The neighbors haven't complained.....yet! ;-)
