Thats not too bad, pretty good speed when he used it. He was a little choppy (maybe just for the camera's sake) and his stances were pretty high, but aside from that, it looked good. Do you know anything about him, who he trains with or anything?

I know Jake, and yes he is really good. He also studies Xingyi and Sun Taiji under Tim Cartmell. Jake is also one hell of a nice guy. I'm sure if you emailed him he could answer any questions you have. Here is his email address [email protected] .

Ditto that. I've not studied with Jake, but have heard nothing but good things about the guy from everybody that's been in contact with him. A buddy of mine took a Bai Yuan Tau Tou from & had nothing but good things to say.

Just thought this might help the Mantis forum a bit... :partyon:

I'm the friend mentioned above. And yes, Jake Burroughs moved very well. I think he trained with Illiya Profitilov (sp?).
