I am currently looking to become a certified Muay Thai Instructor. Could anyone that knows tell me the requirements, and where or under who's lineage, I could get certified?

Where do you currently train? How long have you trained in muay Thai? Can your current instructor test & certify you? Most gyms/instructors should have some similar requirements for certification like knowledge of basic, intermediate and advanced techniques, the Ram Muay/Wai Kru, years in training, time as assistant instructor/trainer, etc. Also, look for legitimate instructors/gyms to certify you. USMTA, UWMTA, World Muaythai Council, World Muay Chaiya Foundation and several gyms in Thailand can certify you. Be in shape, be ready and good luck.
