Well the seminar is over and I must say that everyone had a good time training and banging bodies, throwing them and placing them in painful control holds.

(that is always fun) Those that could make it on a beautiful day like today found themselves learning how to lunge, cross lunge and move their body to maximum efficiency with a strong structural foundation. All in all I think everyone had a good time.

Now I just need to hydrate and get my voice back in shape!

From all that shieking in pain? LOL

Glad it went well :)

Fortunately for me I was not shreiking in pain but pain was
felt by all. I do find that when I am teaching a seminar
though that my voice is raspy later in the day for all of that
talking. The funny thing is that my wife say's I love to talk
because I am full of lot's of hot air.

Thanks for the well wishes as the seminar was a blast!
