In what areas of personal development has Hapkido helped you the most?

For myself..undoubtedly the greatest change has been in my ability to focus. I'm able to make decisions faster and more accurately through regular Hapkido practice.

I also feel that sometimes being forced to "think through" the pain when taking Nak Bup from a particularly painful technique, has also contributed to my being able to keep a clear head when dealing with others outside of the Dojang.

Oh gee, past the joint pain of my back and knees. I too have become extremely flexibe, more relaxed. My motor skills and critical thinking skills are once again on a fine tuned level.

You know, my analytical skills have also improved. See I understand hapkido and tae kwon do as well to be very geometrical and very spatial orientated. Plus you can't go wrong with the physics lesson of Force=Mass x Velocity.
