Umm...ya lost me on this. What does this have to do with martial arts?


hand speed and coordination.

start with one, then two , then three etc. dropped at once. Or just try one at first and let your self wait before reacting to catch it. each one caught with the same hand. try it with the other hand. then try tossing them up and catching them the same.

Try juggling.

Start with 3 objects, all about the same weight. As you master that continue to add objects. It takes a great amount of coordination to juggle and most certianly builds your dexterity, and hand/eye coordination. I can usually do 3 objects for a couple rounds, then they go all over the place and I have to start over.

And the kids love it!
