A British paper, which lost a lawsuite to Lance Armstrong is now sueing to have their money, plus interest, returned since it turns out he WAS doping after all.

Does this mean all the lawyers and people who sued over breast implants or eletrical power lines will be returning those billions?

That's an interesting one. Common sense says that if something was proven to be libellous, in the eyes of the court, at a given time then that decision cannot be retrospectively over-turned later.

But when has common sense and the law ever had more than a nodding acquaintance with each other? :lol:
