In preparation for their fight with each other, both Kenny Florian and Clay Guida changed their training camps. Florian left Team Sityodtong and Mark DellaGrotte and headed to Georges St. Pierre's trainer, Faras Zahabi in Montreal. Though Guida still calls Chicago's Gilbert Grappling and Midwest Training Center home, he joined the Greg Jackson's in New Mexico.

Changing camps always garners attention and headlines, but does it actually make a difference for the fighters? Here's a look at a few fighters who have made changes recently:

Joe Stevenson heads to Jackson's before his win over Nate Diaz: Stevenson was on a two-fight losing streak when he was scheduled to fight Nate Diaz at the "The Ultimate Fighter" season nine finale in June of '09. He decided to head to Albuquerque to work with Greg Jackson and his star-studded stable of fighters. It showed, as Stevenson's crisp ground game earned hims over both Diaz and Spencer Fisher.

Miguel Torres adds DellaGrotte before fight with Brian Bowles: Though this one didn't work out in Torres' favor, I wouldn't blame famed trainer Mark DellaGrotte. When training with DellaGrotte, Torres was told to fight smarter and not brawl with Bowles. Unfortunately, aggressively brawling is exactly what Torres did with Bowles, and he got knocked out.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson to Wolfslair: After Jackson found lost his belt in a close fight with Forrest Griffin, went on a rampage through the streets of Los Angeles, and then heard allegations that his former manager and trainer, Juanito Ibarra, had stolen money from him, Jackson needed a change. He found that in England at Wolfslair, also the home of Michael Bisping and Cheick Kongo. The change made a difference in his fighting, as he knocked out Wanderlei Silva and scored a decision over Keith Jardine thereafter.
