Heh, Tai Chi is probably one of the beautiful arts showing grace in movement and balance. But translate all of that into fighting and speed and it's powerful.

Ballet you say... heh, there was a video that made a lot of guys (here) think about quitting Martial Arts and get into Ballet... (remember that one fellas? :uhyeah: )http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5nGBFlANrc

Very nice clip, though few of the camera angles sucked. Very smooth and graceful movements.

It might be nice to link to the site that video came from -- http://www.taiji.de/. The video's watermarked with that URL. You can find a lot of other videos of tai chi forms there, too. I think I saved most of them to my computer for potential future reference/reminders.
