There are many systems that teach dulo dulo. It may be called differntly. Like the palmstick, olisi palad are two examples. Dulo dulo is just a name common to FMAers. I could be wrong.

Kombatan has dulo dulo, Tabimina Balintawak has it too, Guro Dan Inosanto teaches olisi palad in his curriculum. There are more I bet.
