December 7th, that's the date I will have to do second dan testing in Mexico City, that's the 40 birthday of TKD in my country and sambunim told me we are celebarting with test examination.

Well I have to work hard if I want this seconn degree black belt, I have to improve my pomse and start doing some cardio work out, maybe I will start with light joging the nights I dont train or... train more days per week.

A challenge for a 40 years old fat guy but it's a promotion I have to go for it and for climbing in the thing I love.

Having just finished my 1st Dan test, I will pass along the advice Master Instructor Wall gave me before the test:

"Remeber to breath!"

It was surprising how useful that was especially while we were doing forms.

Good luck and keep us posted

Manny,

As many a Spartan was told, "Bring back your shield... or be on it."

Best of luck.

My sahbum gives me the same advice all the time - and he's right! People forget to breathe at the darndest times, especially when under stress.

Good luck!
