DC Shaolin

I'm a blue belt in Shaolin Kung Fu and was wondering about practicing while at home (in Northern VA) during the summer. Does anyone have any experience with Shaolin schools in the VA/Metro DC area? I found this site as a possibility. Comments?

No, stay away from Shaolin-do. It's a Mcdojo times a million. It's the same thing as Karate but even less practical.
