Won't work for me either. But assuming the definitions are the same ( sometimes people are loose with it ) parkour is a style of movement. Jumping from rooftop to rooftop, really efficient movement. Like Freerunning. Getting from point A to point B in the fastest and most efficient way. Of course you have to be in REALLY good shape to do it.
Since it's technically not a martial art, it's a great idea but should we really call it cross training with WC?

Parkour?

Just like I cross train with systema's ground techniques.


When you fight standing, sometimes you fall, so you need to know how to fall, fight when falling, and after the fall, so systema and Parkour are really useful since they fall from some heights sometimes you know.

And Parkour is the art of deplacement, so it's always useful.
