Does anyon eknow why it is the "year of the fire dog" instead of just the "year of the dog"?

The "Fire" attribute has to do with the 5 Elements of Creation/Destruction. Each year has an element assigned to it based on forecasts & stuff like that. This year's attribute for the dog is Fire.
