I'm afraid thats a bit of a hard question for chinese martial arts.
You have any idea what style your asking about? Northern or Southern?
CMA doesn't really do kata, so you will really have to narrow down your question before anyone could really give a reasonable response.

Thanks 7sm :D

Chinese styles don't do kata? I've seen lots of chinese forms... kata is a japanese word right, so what do they call them in China?

And I have already posted everytting I know about it... which ain't much! I beleive it coems form an internal style, guessing based on where I heard about it.

Yes kata is a japanese word, in most cma the forms are learned and used as drills and fighting, so its just a different approach.

Saying its from an internal style in cma is like a needle in a haystack. There could be several forms or sets known as golden fist, good luck.
