So... we need some training equipment and mats for our nonprofit TKD program.

What are some ideas that have worked for you? We have thrown around the usual bake sale, car wash, raffle ticket ideas. I'm not sure at this early stage if I want the students to do anything like a Kick-A-Thon yet.

Go to ESPN the magazine, they have a fundraiser that pays you 75%. For every one you sell at $40.00 you keep $30.00 and the money is upfront so no waiting on a check. if you sell enough and they renew you keep getting the residual from it. We have been doing this for almost six years and it helps alot when we need something that just is not in the budget.

There are a number of restaurants in our area which will do a fundraiser night for groups. I know when the PTO did it for our school, the teachers helped with the service, but I don't know if that is a requirement.
