    hey that's a really good point... i nearly always feel so guilty for missing classes and i feel a bit bonded with the A.P cause he is quite easy on me but on the other hand i'm not sure if that's a good thing sometimes...

    i def agree with you... i am hoping that my boyfriend and me will go for a judo class on valentines day so that i can at least say that i've tried both. tnite i injured my knee in wrestling and felt really discoraged as we did single leg take downs and it was a bit scary...

    thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement!! and yes i will need to listen to my body more and really just take my time... after all it is a lifetime lifestyle that i don't want to burn out early.... they are all so fun tho ... at least at this early stage
