    it´s called overtraining i also believe you are not getting enough nutrition. most people who starve themselves never want to admit this. Even men have problems with this.

    looking through the thread i would say eat meat! or at least a good diet of Fish. I am also weak due to illness but i find Fish & many oils help me. you are clearly under eating (the correct foods)
