    here is another great program I have done and I have done them all this is one of my favorites the first time I qualified for nationals it was doing EDT, on a 20:4 intermittent fast, and as a.....VEGAN. dun dun DUN! LOL

    I’d start with the basic movements, front to back, side to side, silk reeling. You can combine the basics with mindfulness practice and get a lot out of it. Once you have those start learning animal frolics or the weapon stuff(I like the double bang)

    This is all true in powerlifting where the goal is to be tight and fast in a very specific range of motion under load. not as much in unweighted whole/part natural motion. Powerlifting, Strongman, and Weightlifting are stand alone sports with training goals for those sports.

    Seiei Kan, I do well with ashi-waza, for my throws. My style tends to lean more forward ude Garami and Shime-waza techniques from high top mount.
