Had my first Eagle Claw class tonight

I saw him last Wednesday. Couldn't stay because I had to run an errand, but once the holidays have passed, I'll be doing Tai Chi Tuesdays and Saturdays and Ying Jow Pai on Wednesday with some work after Tai Chi on Saturdays. And yes, I told him "Texas Mike" sent me.

Hey there! I was supposed to start Eagle Claw tonight, but I have to pick up a form at the pediatrician instead. I'm going to go tomorrow. Here comes the pain.
