As far as "No Shadow Kick", I thought it was front kick; performed so quickly- there was no shadow. My Sifu says no. No Shadow Kick refers to a particular posture, where you distract with the hands; while slipping the kick in. I tried to paste in the exact picture, but couldn't. If you send me your email, I will forward it that way.

Just wanted to respond to your recent post about the "Oblique" kick. We use it in Hung Gar, for us it is called Chicken Kick.
