Thanks for the links. I'm training at two different schools and teaching at one right now, so it's hard to find time, but I'll definitely check those schools out and see what their instructors have to say about Kenpo.

My sister and her family live in Dover now...

American Kenpo is one style I still know little about. I have a document with a gigantic list of techniques (Five Swords, Triggered Salute, etc.) but I still know very little about the styles history and what the kenpo style structure is. I'll have to stop in at a Kenpo school and learn some more...
