I've been training kung fu for about 14 years, teaching for more than a decade. These days I mostly teach online, doing both kung fu and fitness instruction. I'm also now teaching classes in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
Also a Doctor in Archaeology, but I don't do much of that anymore. I am interested in applying science to training to make it more effective, and move away from the "we've always done it this way" mindset which sometimes pervades traditional martial arts. I believe that modern training and the traditional arts can make you a healthier person and a better martial artist.
