I remember going to the then named Chuck Norris Karate studio at 14556 Ventura Boulevard Sherman Oaks because I needed to get into shape. I owned a restaurant right across the street at 14661 Venture Blvd by the name of Flooky's Hot Dogs. Almost there for 20 years. I remember all the guy quite well.
