Here's my attempt at rewriting in my own words...

There's this woman who turns blind. Life's rough but this guy appears and they get together. After some time suffering the blindness, doctors promised a cure. She gets this operation and her sight is restored. But when she finally takes off the bandages, she see that the man who was at her side was blind and had no eyes in the sockets. It frightened her. She decided not to continue the relationship. The man who being upset leaving turns back and says 'take care of those eyes love, because before they were yours, they were mine'

Oooh you know that is very creepy indeed kaizasosei and but you left out the end bit where she says.. Oh man, these were really yours? Actually, she says, I might have guessed they were yours soon as I realised they were locking onto each and every glimpse of cleavage.. Anyways she says, you gotta gimme your prescription for spectacles too cos these here eyes they ain't nowhere near 20/20.. and there sure is a lot of cleavage to be ogling round here..
