I have been going a few months now, I think its great.. get a really good workout..learn SEACS, locks, throws.Seems to be a good all rounder... I am relatively new to martial arts but wouldnt consider changing from this class as I enjoy it!!

sounds like tkd/tang soo do by the intro. other wise i have no idea.

I guess i would suggest you go and observe and see what you think.
