As in the kenpo forum we're trying to keep track of a tech. of a week theme. Here I wanted to maybe try and run a different theme on weight training. Yesterday I was in the weight room doing some hamstring work and was interested to know how some of you out there work this muscle. Since it's kind of limited as to few exercises how/what do you use to train this muscle group. My work out consists of single leg curls. Then I move on to stiff-leg deadlifts. Next I move onto leg curls using both legs at once. Last thing is to use the leg press machine with the back lowered to use the ham's and glut. muscles more. Anymore ideas on training?
