I was always a fan of Rick Hernandez. Though Prof. Visitacion was older in this he still has pop to his strike. Rick Hernandez's Kuntao is quite unique. It has bagua, Ju jitsu, southern hands, fma incorporated from the the look of it. It has an aliveness that you dont see alot on video. Prof. Visitacion was a true master. Mad respect.

this style is the base to talio silat?

It would be more accurate to say that Visitacion Kuntao is "one" of the bases of Talio Silat. Tuhon/Tuan Roberto Torres has studied under many people and such - it's not accurate to say that one style is the basis of his personal expression of the art. He has influences from (but not limited to):

Manong Florendo Visitacion
Bapak Willem de Thouars
Bapak Jim Ingram
Pak Tjaden
Manong Mat Marinas
Manong Proferio Lanada
Tatang Antonio Ilustrisimo
Punong Guro Edgar Sulite
Boxing (I can't remember the names of his primary coaches...)
And a host of others.

If you ever get a chance to train with Tuhon/Tuan Roberto Torres, you should. He is (without a doubt...) one of the most impressive martial artists I've ever seen.
