Man... These guys are putting in the work. He's really training his Disciples hard. Makes me want to step up my pace, but I have to continue on my path and not theirs.

thats rather how i approach it, go on a nice walk and find multiple training opportunities on route, it amazing how many of them tree things there are just lying about to kick and punch. much better than hitting thin air !

nb, i only punch them with gloves on
