Have you thought about getting double end bag?

My son and I plan on turning my shop into a gym this summer. We already have an 80 lb hanging heavy bag, a 10 lb hanging light bag, and a speed bag. We want to add a double end bag as well.

Ever think of rigging up a slip bag? That’s my next move.

That's an easy aid, and probably something I need more than anything else. I don't move my head enough.

He is starting to incorporate more slipping and head movement into his sparring so that will be a good addition.
