Think I am back, finally afther 15 months out of kenpo today I returned to it. It was refreshing, at first I was a little out of timing with one of the sets and can barely remind the short two form but..... when the self defense techs something sparked on WOW shield and hammer and grasp of death flow tru so efortesly that amazed me.
Class was very nice and promising, classmates told me grand master Gil Velez is coming to town next april-
Maybe it's gona take me some time to get in rythm but have the time to start slow and progresing-
