My leg seems to be better. Its still a little tight, but I did some minor kicking yesterday and all was good.

I'm gonna try in class today to see if it holds up. I hope it does.

Take it easy and at the first slight pain stop. Better to be careful than sorry

Be careful if you are like me you ar a little OCD...Listen to your body, but hear what your mind is saying. (wow! that second part sounds zen or maybe some Jedi stuff.)

Like I told KickingAngel. Test the waters. And do as many hand techniques as the instrutor will allow till you are healed.

Everything went ok today. I would say give it a few more days and it will be 100%. It was alot better today.

I did skip hook, roundhouse, reverse round, double round.. and I felt fine.

also did reverse round, spin side, double side with no issues..

and I made it through yul-gok and the jumping backfist without any pain :)

Just dont be like me and when your body has pain and tells you to stop, all that man-junk in me pushes me even more.

hmm, come to think of it, I do seem to aggrevate injuries from time to time.

It is always hard to not push ourselves. As Martial Artists, we have to push ourselves to get better. Being injured SHOULD make us back off, but all that time spent pushing is hard to let go.
