This just came to me

The irony here is the very first day of the JKD class, I saw my first shifu, who is now close to 70. His exact words for me, when I told him I was going to start JKD were "You're to old for Jeet Kune Do...stick with taiji"

Dang it.... may have been right.. I hate when that happens :D

And of course, the day I went to the first class.... Mrs Xue just had to mentioned my eye and knee issue and said...per usual.... that I am martial arts crazy

Yes you are, the eagerness to constantly better yourself despite the mortal inconvenience of pain.

I feel I will be in the same position when I reach for age :D

I'm not there yet, or at least that is what my orthopaedist told me....and unti he told me that I was not even I was aware I was a candidate.......however, you would think I would know, the simple fact I have an orthopaedist is not a good sign
