Yes, it is/was a show on MTV called "Bully Beatdown". As you can guess from the clip that Mr. Hubbard posted, a person writes in to the show and tells how bad they are being bullyed and then if they are picked a pro-MMA fighter offers to fight the bully. If the bully can hang they get the money, if not the victim gets the money.
