This is an excellent example of why martial arts can be for everyone. We read/hear that it's a WAR or COMBAT art. That walk-in challenges were the way things were done long ago and doggone it ... *slaps knee* ... that's the way it's gotta be now or it just won't work in the r33l str33t.

The enrichment coming from this activity, from the ranking system developed here in the west, tolerance and patience, is transforming people's lives - mostly for the better.

I will not stop thinking that it is a worthwhile pursuit, not just for differently-abled people, but for everyone.
