Nice find indeed, I wish I spoke Bahasa and I would know as well. I know they are describing the art at the beginning as I recognize the words "pukulan, langkah, lima," but they run together. I surely appears to be a simple set of djurus and langkah in the four directions which they've all done many times before apparently.
