out side of class my inst are know by there first name, they are very relaxed and casual ~we have pot lucks and fun things every now and then. The only inst i ever had (out of like 4 ~2 at each school i attended) who only ever went by Sir out side of class and hes turned out to be a not so nice person and one i would no longer assocate with.
