I had previously trained at Lion's Roar MT in the Bronx,good people but very difficult place to train given the amount of people in one class.
I am searching for quality muay thai nearby since going downtown is not much of an option financially and not much conveniance. I found one place called the westchester fight club but the instructors in muay thai do not seem to have been trained by any KRU of some sort so it is difficult to gage their training or quality.
Does anyone here know of any schools nearby that they could recommend,or if possible any Kru's who teach small groups privately. The information would be most appreciated.
