This came as an add on from the full metal jacket vid I did.

I was going to mention that that martial arts style hazing is a very military approach.

But it is also a very American military approach.

And for the SAS selection they don't give you much feed back at all. And that is on purpose.

enjoyed that, though suprised at how under prepared/ unfit some were considering they had months to prepare and knew what to exspect

I think it was mentioned there that gym fit guys get the short end a bit.

I think there is a huge mental game involved.
