There is no rules on the playground.
I agree that children need to understand the impacts of what they do.
But roughhousing is inherently dangerous. So i don't think Rnc is the issue rather than the ability for a child to determine what level of fighting he needs to do to achieve his objective.
And look kids generally know when they are hurting someone and when they are not.
