That's the old BBC TV Way Of The Warrior series. They did an episode on Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto-ryu in the very early 1980's.

Hey Steve I have seen the old BBC show once but never been able to find a place selling it. If you know of anyplace that sells it let me know.
