looking forward to it even tho ong bak 2 lost me after the good opening scenes hopefully there will be some good fights like ong bak 1 but we'll see this could be disappointing though

finally saw it yesterday--i liked it but i like jaa's film but its mostly similar fights to the other films...this one has subplots with magic and other things that i didnt pay attention to storywise and bogged it down. there was nothing new or fresh in this one and i would rank it last of all the jaa films in terms of quality of fights and story but still enjoyed it.

I for one thought it lost its intent. It was made for the thai people. For those who have not seen it u can watch it on motion empire.com. later guys.

I was disappointed as well even though not many movies can sustain their sequels into the third volume. I agree though it seemed aimed at the thai market and for thai people. I think they have sort of put the stranglehold on jaa to remain in the thai industry and make it grow instead of moving on to international filmmaking much like bruce lee did with enter the dragon which is sad.

Ong Bak 3 sucked. Nice fight choreography though.
