My katana is broken...well, the sheath is

I have a katana for my martial arts class, and the kurigata keeps falling off of it. I've already sent it back once, and the same thing keeps happening. I've tried gorilla glue, but it hasn't worked.

Does anyone know what kind of glue I can use to secure the kurigata to the sheath?

JB Weld? Maybe

An epoxy that will harden and provide extra strength instead of some type of glue.
