I wanted to let everyone know that Master Bill Chun, Jr. will be conducting two seminars in Framingham, Massachusetts on May 14, 2005. Master Chun, Jr. is the direct descendent of his father Grandmaster Bill Chun, Sr and Professor William K.S. Chow. He will be teaching concepts and techniques from his father's Go Shin Jitsu Kai Kenpo system, also referred to as the Chow/Chun system. For those of you in the Kempo/Kenpo lineages that haven't seen a good example of Hawaiian Kempo, you should attend this seminar. Master Chun is a very personable presenter, and gives a very faithful presentation of his Father's and Professor Chow's teachings reflecting the time period he worked with Bill Chun Sr. It's a good time for kempo on the East Coast, with the influx of people of this caliber visiting. If you go to this seminar and pay attention, you will leave with a host of new ideas and will most likely want to change your training to adopt some of them.

This seminar would be especially recommended to folks coming out of the Pesare / Cerio / Villari lineages as it will offer a decidedly different picture of kempo for you.
